HOW TO GET SET UP
Step 1: Referral Partner Registration
The first step is to fill out the Broker Registration Form. This gets you set up in our CRM and accounting system. If you have an urgent deal that needs funding, please call us at 513-334-7501 or email info@sharpercapitalpartners.com and we will quote your deal within 24 hours.
Step 2: Information & Commission
You will receive a follow-up email with instructions and information on our commission. This email will be followed up by a brief phone call from our underwriting department to establish a relationship and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: Start Referring & Collecting Checks
You can refer clients to start the loan approval process by filling out the loan application form or by getting in touch via phone – (513) 334-7501. – or via email: info@sharpercapitalpartners.com.
