OUR 3-STEP PROCESS FOR

CONSTRUCTION DRAW REQUESTS

REQUEST A DRAW

You can request a draw by completing the form below or contacting your sharper capital representative.

SCHEDULE INSPECTION

Once the draw request has been received and approved, we will schedule an inspection of the property within 24 business hours.

RECEIVE FUNDS

Following the inspection, funds will be dispersed via ACH. Altogether, this disbursement should be complete within 48 hours of request.

DRAW REQUEST FORM

Please complete the below form as detailed as possible. Sharper Capital Partners will send our inspector out in less than 2 days to review work and determine completion. We usually fund draw requests within 2 business days.

-Funds are only released for 100% completed items (purchased or on site items that are not installed will not be funded)
-Total released amount is based on the work completed as well as the total remaining items.
-Final draws are to be made only when the property is 100% complete with no outstanding items including cleaning, paint touch ups, molding, etc.
