We are a hard money lender based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Sharper Capital services the tristate which includes all of Ohio, Eastern Indiana, and Northern Kentucky. HOW TO GET SET UP
Step 1: Broker Registration
The first step is to fill out the Broker Registration Form. This gets you set up in our CRM and accounting system. If you have an urgent deal that needs funding, please call us at 513-334-7501 or email info@sharpercapitalpartners.com and we will quote your deal within 24 hours.
Step 2: Information & Training
You will receive a follow-up email with instructions, our quote sheet, and a training video on how to estimate a loan with the information provided. Reminder: we reserve the right to set all final loan amounts. This email will be followed up by a brief phone call from our underwriting department to establish a relationship and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: Start Quoting
You can soft quote projects with the information we have provided you. Once you have a deal to broker, you can then start the loan approval process by filling out the loan application form or by getting in touch with your underwriting contact made in step 2.
